My highest recommendation for brunch, a 10 minute drive, in Scottsdale. So many unique, but hearty, tasty comfort food options. Flavors of pancakes you've never even heard of. Also great on weekend evenings if you want live music from 7-9 by a great band. This place has a great patio, I love eating outside whenever the weather is nice. It's a locally owned place, where the owner is usually milling around. Has a bar too.

This is our all-time favorite place for breakfast. They offer creative recipes with a southwestern flair. Also great spot for lunch and dinner. The chef is amazing.

Head to Soul on Wednesday nights and ask for their secret off menu special, the all-you-can-eat buttermilk chicken for $9.99. Large outdoor dining space.
