There is no reason to buy wine anywhere else in town. Period. You won't find better prices (even at the grocery store) and you won't find better service anywhere else in town. They always have a bottle (or a few) open, so you can try before you buy!

they aren't a winery, but the have a wonderful selection of wine for sale and tastings at certain times. just a walk away!

Metro Wines is just a block and a half away. They offer tastings and classes; if you are ready for a break from all the breweries, or just want to learn something new about wine, check out Metro Wines' class schedule or visit one of their tastings.

Metro Wines is a wine store, but they always have wine available to taste. Look online ahead of time to see what's open and what special events they might have going on. (We stumbled onto a 10 bottle Rose tasting, for free!) Take a few minutes and talk to their employees about wine - you'll always learn something. We enjoy hanging out with Charlie and Andy every time we go in. Really great wine store!!
