This lovely bistro is a great place to get your protein mix and it's one of the few places where we will eat alpaca or fish from the Amazon. The owners are a lovely young couple: She used to be a chef at a top hotel in Urubamba and her husband makes his own Pisco macerato. They usually open around 1PM through dinner but good idea to call first.
