Food Roots Marketplace is a great source of a variety of local goods - veggies, meats, cheeses, eggs, honey, tea, preserves and many more seasonal and local items. Order online by Saturday for Tuesday pick up or delivery. It is run by Food Roots, a local nonprofit that works to make finding and buying local food easier and is such a valuable part of the North Coast community. In addition to the marketplace, they have an IDA program to help fund local food-related business ventures and have a presence in local schools through their farm to school programming.
