Amontay is a beach resort built over the last few years. The beach is quite nice, though brown rather than white sand. There is a very nice childrens swimming pool and adult pool, though you have to pay seperately for these! Canoes and power boat things for rent. About 1 hour drive from Butuan, you need a taxi or own car.
