It´s about love story - Temple of Leah was built by Teodorico Soriano Adarna, as a symbol of undying love to his late wife Leah Albino Adarna (looks similar story of Taj Mahal in India)

The temple was constructed in the year 2012. It was built as a symbol of the undying love and ceaseless devotion of Teodorico Soriano Adarna to his wife for 53 years, Leah Villa Albino-Adarna. ... It will serve as Cebu City's landmark for future Adarna generations where they can trace their ancestry and heritage.
