$8/car admission. There are many recreational activities such as biking, boating, fishing, volleyball, canoe/kayaking, etc. You also could pack a nice picnic lunch and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Great lake close to Steamboat (maybe 30 mins drive). Rent boats, SUPs, kayaks, swim, or fish. Easy biking/hiking trails around the lake. Great fly fishing below the damn (tailwaters) and above the lake (headwaters) on the Yampa River.
