You eat I Bake is a very unique nut free bakery. She uses coconut but other than that it is a Gluten Free, Peanut Free baker with options for Paleo, Keto and Vegan treats. Her brownies are the best brownies I ever had, Gluten or not, check it out, you won't regret it.
