Under new management, the Byers have taken on the old island store and created a bakery and deli with pizza, ice cream and other food options. They have the only place to buy gas on the island.

As of 2021 Long Island has Byers & Sons Bake House. It’s so great to have this trendy sandwich, pizza and take out deli/bakery on the island. The baker and staff are so friendly and turn-out truly gourmet meals. Eat in, on the deck or take it home. The pizza and pastries are amazing.
