All reservations are for evening tasting menu. They accept only walk-ins during the day. República has an optional wine pairing that features Mexican, Mexican-American, BIPOC, and female winemakers. They also offer an agave pairing that features rare mezcales.

Possibly the best meal you have ever had. Set 6 course, rotating, menu. DEVINE. Reservations required. Small parties. Quite the production so plan on a 2+ hour dinner of a lifetime!
