There is a lovely uphill walk though the forest from this park. Many people walk their dogs and jog on these trails.

This a long stretching trail that is great for biking and walking, through the woods all the way to the seawall.

The Mosquito Creek Trail is a smooth gravel walking path which winds its way along the creek's western bank. Numerous rest areas with great viewpoints for Mosquito Creek are available along the way. Dogs are also welcome here, with most areas being zoned as leash optional. This trail as shown runs from West 17th Street to Palisade Drive, with street parking usually free next to the trailhead. Alternative parking is also available just south of Queens Rd at the main lot for Mosquito Creek and William Griffin Park. A mid-trail entry point is required when starting from this main lot.

A hike along the rushing creek is a great way to get a taste of everyday life in North Vancouver. Easy access at the east end of Forest Hills Dr. about a 5 min walk away. Head north (left), toward the mountains, for the best creek-siding hiking.
