Supermarket right across from the Top Vista Mar Luz. They cook their own bread on the premises (inside the store) and there is also an independent pastry shop at the entrance.

Very friendly staff, lots of grocery and household selection to choose from. Fresh vegetables and fruit is good quality as is the bakers. Butchers inside the store as well as frozen and chilled. A bit on the expensive side but convenient with ample parking. They also deliver and speak very good English if you cannot speak Portuguese.

Baptista is a family owned supermarket which stocks both local and British groceries, lovely fresh brea and baking goods and has a large stock of Portuguese wine red, white and rose, as well as soft and alcoholic drinks. You can stop for a morning coffee and Pastel de Nata - the delicious local custard tart!
