Although there is no definite information about who and when this clock tower was built, it is thought that it was dedicated to the 25th year of Sultan Abdulhamit II's accession to the throne. The year of its construction corresponds to the year 1901. There are clocks on all four sides of the square body clock tower. There is a bell at the top.
