This is the town favorite restaurant. The owner/operators are adored by patrons, as well as the staff. The hardest job to land in town is this place because no one quits... they love working there so much. The food is exceptional and the menu rotates seasonally.

AMAZING!!! You must go when in Marfa. Italian with a unique twist. Great wine selection and the food is reaonable priced for the quality. No reservations and communal seating.

A favorite of locals, this cozy dinner spot has community seating around a large bar & features lots of shareable, interesting dishes. They don't take reservations & open at 5pm.

Best in Marfa as of Summer 2017. The original Maiya's location is now home to some of the best Mediterranean comfort food. Get there early and be ready to be social. The horseshoe service bar creates a lively atmosphere to chat, drink and eat.
