Thomasville - The Big Oak dates back to circa 1680, which makes it one of the oldest live oaks in the country. It's a big old oak tree in a pretty little park. It's old. Really old. The locals are quite proud of it. We loved it, nature at its best, we used our imagination to think of all the people over the centuries who might have stood here.
