Almost 1000 acres, with hiking trails, biking trails, boat rentals, and a swimming pool. Wildlife abounds.
If you are desperate to get to the water, the Crockett Part Boat Launch is a calm spot in the otherwise active Nolichuckey River. No charge or entry fee, you can just go and take a quick dip or set up camp chairs to enjoy the river.
A replica of the birthplace of Davy Crockett. “King of the Wild Frontier”. Beautiful place along the Nolachuckey River. Small museum as well. Nice place to take a picnic and enjoy historic locations.
