This is a favorite among the locals. Live music on Thursday nights on the patio, great healthy grab-and-go options as well as acai bowls and smoothies. They have everything you would need for a picnic or have lunch on the patio.

Health food grocery store. NOT located in Julian. Located in Ramona about 35 minutes away. Check your route, it’s likely on the way or not far out of the way. We recommend grocery shopping before you leave or in Ramona (if it is on your way). Being a small mountain town, Julian has limited options.

Awesome health food market in town. You can find your essentials here, in addition to some amazing offerings you may not find at other retailers in the area. They have a coffee and smoothie bar, as well as a full kitchen that prepares fresh breakfast, lunch and dinner, made to order!

A great locally owned grocer and lunch spot! Everyone is super sweet and the food is amazing. Don’t miss the juice bar for a smoothie and patio dining. Any specialty groceries or vegan, gluten free needs you’ll be able to find here.
