Because this is very close and is a newly renovated and very pleasant shopping mall with many shops and cafes and a cinema.

This place is V easy to get to (the 139 bus around the corner) and has everything you need. Its the biggest mall on the northern beaches with various department stores and services. The best place for rainy days, or even afternoons with the kids as there are great playing areas as well as a cinema
