JR志賀駅前の、薪窯焼きの自家製天然酵母パン屋。無農薬やオーガニックなど、素材にこだわるおいしいパン屋です。 A homemade natural yeast bakery baked in a wood-fired kiln in front of JR Shiga Station. It is a delicious bakery that sticks to ingredients such as pesticide-free and organic.

You'll find European bread heaven in the middle of nowhere here- just be sure to get there early enough in the day. They stick around until the last loaf or danish sells! There are a couple of small tables, but it is just across from the station and the bus stop heading to Biwako Valley, so lots of folks just load up on their lovely breads before heading out or heading back to the hotel.
