Great place to enjoy nature. Has a nature center where you can get a cup of coffee and treats. Homesteading Bliss products for sale here in the gift shop.

Centered around Silver Lake, this large park offers trails and nature in a way where you wouldn't know you were in the city. Stop in to the visitor center and check out the Great Hall where Sam & Shana were married, grab a bite from the coffee shop or check out the rotating art exhibits.

Fabulous walking trails, small lake with swimming beach next door to it. Lots of art with guided descriptions. Entertainment, classes, canoe/kayak rental. Low key. Great to walk pets.
