It’s not for nothing that the breakfast crowd has already cottoned on to the quinoa porridge with banana, coconut, turmeric, toasted buckwheat and passion fruit; and the eggs benedict on zucchini fritters with wilted spinach and toasted almonds. Naturally, smoothies (the Lean Green is a must) and fresh juices complete the picture."
