National Park center - fine dining showcasing the very best of our local products under a more sophisticated form of presentation - the historical monastery setting boasts dramatic views of the Apennine ridgeline and the taverne Valley - a must in all seasons. For the family there is a small animal and botanical farm area - a walk up to the village of Apella is also a nice way to end a Sunday Lunch which is always in abundance!

This is one of our favourite, we even got married there! Menu is based on local food, all prepared with "km-zero" ingredients.

Het is even een eindje rijden. Op de terugweg is het erg donker op het smalle weggetje zonder verlichting, maar het is zekerde moeite waard. Eigenaar Mario is een bevlogen man die een heel dorp heeft gerenoveerd. Het restaurant staat bovenop de berg. Het uitzicht is geweldig! Je kan hier pasta van kastagnemeel eten.
