There is no menu in this Michelin-star rated restaurant: talk to the chef, tell him your mood and then wait for him to accommodate your feelings with a course tailor-made for you. Book way in advance.

Questo ristorante è molto innovativo grazie alle creazioni di Matias Perdomo. Il menù maggiormente stimolante è lo specchio. Un menù su misura del cliente.
