Going to Skrinkle Haven beach on a sunny day is like visiting Thailand. Access is tricky though as the old route down the cliff has been blocked, although some still use it. Adjacent Church Door Cove is however accessible via steps.

Lovely beach with a hidden cove only accessible when the tide is out. Very steep metal steps to the beach. Lovely cafe at the beach which is great for coffee and cake

Skrinkle Haven is only 4.7 miles away from the cottage, also VERY close to Manorbier Castle. Not the most accessible of beaches and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with mobility problems. Some beautiful views and low tide reveals beautiful golden sand. POSTCODE: SA70 7SH

Breathtakingly beautiful and just up the road! You can admire this gorgeous beach from a couple of viewpoints, although the beach itself is not so easy to access.

Probably the most beautiful beach in the country, if not the world. Steep steps lead you down to the church doors and to the right there is a cave which enables you access to the Skrinkle haven beach for the more athletic people. the other option would be to swim around to the beach or are a paddle board. Low tide ONLY.
