Travel over to the beautiful Roseland Peninsula via the famous King Harry Ferry taking in Trellissick Gardens on your way. Lunch at Philleigh pub is great. Don't miss the round houses of Veryan.

The Roseland Penninsula has some beautiful walks. You can get a small passenger ferry from St Mawes to ‘Place’ (don’t miss the last ferry back) From Place you can walk to St Anthony lighthouse and beyond. Alternatively you can take the King Harry car ferry. I recommend Porthscatho or Porth Farm (National Trust car park) as a start for walking.
