Steam railway trip for the family. Runs at weekend and a few week days so check web site. Special events put on throughout year. They also offer a luxury dining experience occasionally!

Peak Rail welcomes you in 2018 to journey back to a bygone age and experience the thrill of steam and diesel on our preserved railway. The line which has been re-instated mostly by volunteers forms part of the old Midland Railway line between Manchester Central and London St Pancras which was closed in 1968. They currently operate for a distance of 4 miles between Rowsley South Station and Matlock Platform 2.
