If you're ready for more information on New Harmony, head to our Visitors Center. You can learn about our history and even take a tour of the historical locations in town. Note, the building itself is a famous architectural structure designed by Richard Meier.

Open 9:30-5 Tuesday-Saturday until December 18 when it closes until March 15th. Historic tours start here at 1pm, $15 a person. You can also rent a golf cart here or by visiting NewHarmonyGolfCars Making reservations for both the tour and/or a golf cart are a good idea before you come since they may sell out.

Guided historical tours start from Richard Meier's spectacular Atheneum at 1 pm each day (closed Mondays). The building itself is iconic and a free 9 min film is available if you choose not to take the tour.

Historic New Harmony conducts guided tours starting from the Atheneum Visitors Center at 1:00 p.m. daily, March 24 - October 31. For the months of November and December, tours will only be given at 1:00 p.m. on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Tours are not conducted on the following days: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, the day after Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, and Easter.
