Enjoy a swim in the Limmatriver at Dynamo. Check out their homepage; there's a lot of local art and workshops going on. what's better than jumping from the bridge into the river, after eating your chocolate cake while observing some artists and listening some life-music?

Zürich has lot's to offer for nightlife and concerts (www.usgang.ch). Here you can cool down from the party/concert with a leap into the river.

Cafe beside the river. More a summer place really - popular place to hang out, have a few drinks and go for a quick swim. You can also watch the amateur welders at the metal workshop next door :-)
