They open shop each morning and unleash the scent of homemade breads, pastries and cookies. But the star attraction has become the hundreds of varieties of mouth watering jams, jellies, sauces, butters, chutneys, mustards and marmalades – made from scratch from Island fruits, peppers, and spices.

Near Hilo, if you're going to see Akaka Falls you should stop here for a quick snack. They have pastries, cookies, and other good stuff.
