Panoramic road, Challenging drive along narrow rstreet, but amazing views! If you travel further, you'll find some tasty places with cured ham, awesome local cheese, vine and grappa being sold along the road in small native shops.
If you travel by car you can enjoy fantastic panoramic views if you decide to go in direction of Cetinje (the old capital city of Montenegro) by old Austro Hungarian road called "Sepentine". The road is very narrow and curvy, but as you go higher the view is just more stunning. On the 25th curve there is the best view on Kotor bay.
Drive the ’25 Serpentine road’. For an elevated view of the bay of Kotor, take the P-1 and the ’25 serpentine road’, right up to Kotor’s observation platform. This particular section of road has 25 switchbacks, of which the view of the bay gets better with each turn. The road isn’t particularly wide, which makes negotiating corners with oncoming traffic a little scary at times. There are a few small viewpoints where you can stop for photos.

Austro-Hungarian road, or serpentine road, above Kotor with 29 curves will give you the most beautiful view of the bay of Kotor.
The best view of Kotor you'll ever find. You can only get there by car (or possibly on an organized tour) and the drive is a tiny bit dangerous since the road is narrow. The best photo stops are somewhere between the 9th and 10th curve (you'll see some rocks on the left-hand side and a place to pull over on the right) and then after the last, 25th one, where there's a cafe overlooking the entire bay ( not open during the winter). After that you can go to Njeguši village to try/buy some prosciutto and cheese or possibly continue to Cetinje.
