This is a very cool museum that not many New Yorkers know about. It is great for kids of all ages (but better for older kids). It has puzzles and games and teaches you about math!

My daughter insists I mention the wonderful museum of Mathematics, this often missed little gem has all kinds of things for your little ones to nerd out over, like square wheeled bicycles and motion activated computer games. about 35 minutes away by subway.
