It's a great view from here, with some summer hiking paths leading up to Faulhorn, across to First or down to the valley. Biking up here is also a great route to take. Bussalp is always popular for sledging in winter - take the bus up at night and sledge down. The 'longest' sledge run from Faulhorn swings by Bussalp too. The restaurant has undergone some changes in management and design in recent years, so we'll reserve judgement for now, but this is the only place to grab a drink on this side of the mountain!

Longest Sleigh Path in Switzerland. Take the Postbus up to the "Bussalp", you will get the sleighs on the top and you'll enjoy the downhill sleighing of your life!

On a clear day you can't beat the view from Bussalp and is one of the attractive destinations in Grindelwald, with a sensational view of the beautiful mountains of the Bernese Oberland. Easy access by bus, by bike or on foot on the many trails ... Treat yourself to a rest on the sun terrace of the mountain restaurant and enjoy in the face of the "Eiger", "Mönch" and "Jungfrau". Enjoy a very traditional Swiss cuisine, set in a rustic atmosphere. The best "Chässchnitte" (Melted cheese over backed on a slice of bread). In winter it will be the starting point for a fabulous toboggan run down to Grindelwald.

Einfach mit dem Bus erreichbar. Hierzu gehen Sie an den Busbahnhof und lösen das Ticket gleich im Bus oder im Tickethäuschen. Im Sommer eine wunderschöne Busfahrt mit anschliessend fast unbegrenzten Möglichkeiten zum wandern. Im Winter geht von der Bussalp aus die längste Schlittelpiste Europas in Tal hinunter direkt zurück vor die Haustüre.
