This is our favorite weekend breakfast spot. Their coffee is the best of the best and their vegan / gluten-free pastry selection cannot be beat. Get there early if you want to avoid a line.

If you are looking for somewhere vegan you will love Chimera Cafe. The menu boasts Buffalo Cauliflower Wings, the Green Light—a tofu scramble with adzuki bean “bacon” strips, avocado, cashew cheese, basil pesto, chipotle crema, and microgreens—an Avocado BLT, and lots more. The restaurant does the weekends right with vegan doughnuts, scones, and freshly baked cakes. Pro tip: Get the seriously spiced cold brew with almond milk. The best part is Chimera is only located 6.3 miles from Pigs & Pillows!
