A lot of locals go here. It's one step up from a dive and the clientele is a great people watching activity. They often have live music. DJs and dancing are also available here, as is Karaoke. I recommend checking out their website to see what's going on. The food is really good and reasonably priced. It's a place to go that will offer entertainment, fun, food and drinks that isn't too far away.
