The structure, specificially situated for the location's historical significance, is made up of three buildings that symbolize the cornerstones of freedom - courage, cooperation and perseverance, and the Freedom Center's curving architecture reflects the winding river and the often-changing path to freedom. Admission: $10-15 The National Underground Railroad Freedom Center is a museum in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio, based on the history of the Underground Railroad. Opened in 2004, the Center also pays tribute to all efforts to "abolish human enslavement and secure freedom for all people."
