This is a great place to come and soak and relax in the hot mineral waters of Ainsworth Hot Springs. Located 45 mins from the cabin. Bring some sandals to walk around in the change room and out on the pool deck.

Nice day trip- stunning drive up the lake. Take the ferry across for a soak in these hotsprings and explore the caves. Circle back through Nelson for supper and return over the pass to Creston.

Any time is a good time for a hot springs soak! Kids will love this activity. It isn't "natural" in that it consists of several man made pools and areas to soak, but it's a unique experience to do at least once.

Take the free ferry from Kootenay Bay to Balfour with a short drive to Ainsworth to enjoy the warm mineral waters in a natural cave and pool.
