Authentic Vietnamese Food. Morning Glory Express (formerly House of Hoi An), was renamed in 2017 to be brought in line with Ms Vy’s restaurants in Hoi An. As Ms Vy’s first culinary establishment outside of Vietnam, her goal was to bring something new and exciting to Melbourne’s dining scene. Opened in 2015, the restaurant’s concept is to bring authentic Vietnamese street food to Melbourne. Tucked away on a side street off the busy Chapel Street main drag, this is not your run-of-the-mill Vietnamese restuarant. But it is delicious and affordable, with a bright and funky decor.
