Wardown Park Museum is situated in the beautiful landscaped Wardown Park. Perfect for a family day out, the museum has many interesting displays and activities. The ground floor galleries include the Lace Gallery displaying some of the museum's extensive collection of local lace and the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire gallery which tells the story of this local regiment. The ground floor also houses the special exhibitions gallery. On the first floor, the Luton Life gallery displays the stories of Lutonian and their life over the past 150 years. This gallery is highly interactive providing visitors with hands on exhibits, sensory panels and touch screen computers

This is a traditional grand house dating from the late 19th century. It has some interactive elements. listen for the horse draw carriage at the entrance, or the local voices in the armchairs in the study. They serve wonderful tea and cake from 10 most mornings.
