Capela opened in 1998 and immediately became the hottest bar for danceable electronic music in town, and has remained so eversince. Techno, House, minimal techno, normally spinned in vinyl records. The decoration is a mixture of Arte Sacra with renaissance aesthetics. Closes at 3 a.m. in weekends.

Cozy and very small bar hidden in Bairro Alto on Rua Atalaia. Great to start or end the evening. I go for the high-quality electronic music and the cocktails.
