A very beautiful nature reserve. You can see the starling roost in the winter months e.g., November through to January. Other favourite birds are: lapwings, marsh harriers, a range of wild fowl etc.

20-30 minute walk away or a 15 minute drive. Wonderful, peaceful, beautiful place for walking and enjoying wetland birds and more. Seasonal birds are always spectacular.

It's actually 50m from the cottage, though the carpark is 2km away - in the winter stunning starling murmourations can be viewed from this cottage, best to head out onto Otmoor and get up close, it is one of natures most awesome sights!
