The airport hots an outdoor movie theater with showings through out the week. Lovely to enjoy the great weather in SF and do something unique.

Convenient for private airplane owners and short drive to guest house. Also with very good upscale restaurants.

SM Airport has a viewing platform accessible through the SM airport building (2nd floor). Great place to watch flights land and take off and there is seating where you could take a picnic lunch if you have people/children in your party who will enjoy spending some time there. We often take our son there. There is also an interesting Flying Museum which is worth a visit (local and aviation history history).
