Neapolitan style pizza is made from slow-rising sourdough and is blast cooked at 500°C. This gives the pizza base a light texture and complex flavours and keeps the toppings extra fresh. Highly Recommended.

Flatey is a Naples-style sourdough pizza place and it has THE BEST pizzas in town. They have several places in Reykjavík but if you really want THE BEST, Hlemmur mathöll is the location to go to (trust us, we’ve tried them all).
