For mountain biking, this is the harder, more technical start to the Hall Ranch Trail known as the "Rock Garden" to locals. Advanced Riders start here, if you're not advanced, head to the Antelope side which is off of Apple Valley Road. Hiking here is great. I recommend going on the "Hiker's Only" trail on weekends or evenings in summer to avoid lots of bike riders. Stop over at Redstone Cyclery to find out more info

Hall Ranch is excellent for hiking and mountain biking. However be cautious of rattlesnakes during the hot summer months. (July-September)
