Paella is only eaten at lunch time. Paella Valenciana or Seafood. Please note that Paella Valenciana is with Duck and Rabbit; so if you want Seafood be very clear when you order it. The fried calamari are to die for. If you don't have a car, you can take the city bus #14. Reservations are required, or they will not sit you. The food and service are impeccable, and the restaurant is an old Barraca with a straw roof. Not a tourist place. Not the place to ask for low salt or special dietary requirements. Out of Town and not cheap but very worth it.

If you would like to try an authentic paella in an original Barraca, this is the place. Reservations are a must. It is worth the trip to Pinedo.

Estupendas paellas y demás platos típicos en una preciosa barraca valenciana. Desde aquí se puede ir andando hasta la playa de Pinedo para bajar la comida. Imprescindible reservar
