FREE FAMILY FUN The National Cherry Festival has over 150 events and activities and 85% are free for all! Kids can enjoy pit-spitting, pie-eating contests, turtle races and more without paying a penny

Traverse City host the National Cherry Festival yearly typically during the 1st week in July (Saturday to Saturday). Concerts, airshows, art shows, carnival rides, food vendors, shopping and pie eating contests are just a few of the many events that take place during the festival. The week is completed by the grand parade Saturday morning.

In July they host the annual Cherry Festival with food, concerts and local artists on the Bay. It is only two weeks of the year so be sure to check on dates.
