About 30 minutes away; a fun little jaunt if you like cheese and tasting cheese and enjoying the rolling hills and small town livin' - check out the Cabot "general store" on Main Street when you are over there... everyone knows everyone and most people are friendly and will help you find other treasures - like the covered bridge in a field that is not connected to a road - no joke. It is across from a cemetery in Cabot - just ask anyone you can find to ask! :-)

Cabot Village store is packed with all of their products, from sour cream, dips and everyday classics to our most limited-edition cheddars. You’ll find an extensive selection of Vermont specialty products too. The Visitors Center at the Creamery is no longer open to the public for cheese sampling and purchases, which is why they have a new store front in Cabot, VT.
