Shalai is the one and only Michelin starred restaurant at the feet of the Mt Etna. Gourmet dishes and excellent service inside a charming hotel. You can choose one of their tasting menu or order a la carte.

Our favorite place for lunch or dinner. This old palazzo was transformed into a boutique hotel with excellent restaurant. Best winelist in the region.
