Another staple of Ft Collins, Walrus is THE destination ice cream spot. Rumor has it that their ice cream is so good that Coldstone had to leave. Like mint chip? Split a piece of grasshopper pie.

Classic old town. We both grew up getting ice cream here (they have been open since 1987), and it is well worth a stop for one of their delicious flavors.
