Founders Park is right next to the Torpedo Factory and is a great place for a picnic or get a glimpse of the Potomac. Imagind George Washington arriving in his boat from Mt. Vernon and landing near this spot.

Great Place for a walk or night out. The scenery is amazing. Grab or take a drink and hang out and have a picnic.
