Incredible gourmet steakhouse. The meat was perfect and prepared to perfection. Wine pairing was spot on, and the cocktails were delicious! Highly recommended for the best steak in Melbourne.

If you are a steak lover this is a must-try. Rare has 3 locations in the CBD of Melbourne and any of the 3 branches can do a great deal for any meat lover's tastebuds. If you are going solo or with a group, any item on the menu will leave you satisfied, but if you happen to be going as a party of 2, please try the "CHATEAUBRIAND" on the menu as the platter will be more than enough to share and to sate while keeping the budget to a semi-resonable range for the food you'll be getting. My recommendation: Get the red wine jus with the meat and try the chocolate cake for dessert, they are to die for.
